Benefits

We make sure UC employees can use their benefits.

Our team manages updates to UC employee benefit plans and options, guides employees through the enrollment process and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and UC employee policies.

Auditing

We audit benefit program data to ensure benefit enrollments and deductions reflect the benefits for which employees are eligible, identify issues and maintain accurate records.

Administering Benefits

We ensure each employee has access to the benefits to which they're entitled by planning and administering UC’s employee benefit programs. We also support UC employees during transitional periods like open enrollment, job changes or the addition of a family member.

Regulatory Compliance

We work closely with the UC teams that create employee benefit programs to ensure that implementation, our systems and related business processes are fully aligned with federal and state regulations, such as the Affordable Care Act.
