Training
We equip UCPath and UC location users with training resources that improve understanding of UCPath tools and the business needs they support.
We design, develop and manage an array of training resources to meet the current and future needs of UCPath users. We work closely with subject matter experts and leverage professional instructional design methodologies to create dynamic, engaging and effective training.
Instructional Design and Creation
We are forward-thinking creatives, leaders and innovators that create training programs for UCPath users, using videos, online and live demos and micro-learnings. We take pride in fulfilling our vision for the future of UCPath training.
Training Delivery and Implementation
We deliver tailored training and resources for UCPath employees through instructor-led sessions, web-based courses and other delivery methods. Our training libraries include resources for each UC location, self-service users and UCPath staff.
Collaboration and Research
We work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure that UCPath training resources are high-quality, accurate and relevant.
