Employee Services
We are the front line of UCPath for UC employees.
When UC employees come to us with a question or problem, we jump into action to assist them. It’s our job to provide accurate and efficient resolution to complex and emerging issues. We’re customer-obsessed and aim to provide each person clear communication even during their most stressful moments. We support UC employees with questions from payroll to HR, so we learn every day.
Problem Resolution
Employee services is the customer service team for UC employees who need help or have questions regarding payroll, benefits or other HR matters. We carefully and thoughtfully handle sensitive issues and information. When employees come to us, we aim to answer their questions or resolve their issues swiftly.
Employee Education
During all UC employee interactions, we meet each person where they are. Frequently, that means we can help them understand more about their issue and share available resources. We help employees use the online portal so they can find answers quickly and easily.
Knowledge and Case Management
We maintain complete and accurate documentation for all our cases and make ongoing updates to our knowledge management tools and case management database. These resources enable our teams to provide consistent information and support to UC employees when they contact us.
Effective Communication and Service
Our goal is an optimal UC employee interaction every time. By tailoring our support to each person and their needs, we provide unparalleled support with every chat, email and phone call.
