Payroll

We deliver accurate and on-time pay to UC employees.

More than 230,000 UC employees rely on us for accurate and on-time pay.

Payroll Processing

From calculating earnings and deductions to delivering pay to UC employees, we handle the payroll process from start to finish for the wide range of UC employees – from tenured faculty to healthcare providers to student workers and everything in between. It takes a village to deliver payroll. We work closely with payroll and HR teams at every UC location that submit timekeeping and other HR data. We work with benefits, tax and retirement teams to make sure deductions are just right. Finally, we work with banking partners to get pay to every employee.

Payroll Analysis

Our payroll experts oversee payroll reporting, bank and system processes and seasonal tax updates. They are knowledgeable about payroll processes and regulations and make sure our payroll calculations are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
