Product Management
We guide the growth of UCPath to meet the changing needs of UC.
We listen closely to our stakeholders to shape the future of UCPath. We continually assess our systems and processes to improve the way UCPath supports UC employees and meets UC’s current and future organizational needs.
Product Strategy
We evaluate our systems and services, stakeholder feedback and vendor offerings to determine how UCPath can be improved to meet the organization’s goals and improve the employee experience. We manage the multi-year UCPath roadmap in collaboration with the UCPath user community, UC business leaders, policy makers and technology experts. We work closely with numerous UCPath communities of interest across UC to make sure their priorities are our priorities.
Change Management
Our customer-facing team works with all UCPath teams to identify and communicate upcoming system or process changes to UC stakeholders. We communicate proactively and regularly to ensure that they are well prepared for product updates.
