Information Technology (IT)
We bring the best technology solutions to UCPath.
The IT team includes technology managers, technologists, business analysts, systems analysts and project managers who leverage new and existing technology to automate, streamline and improve UCPath services and operations.
Technology Management and Support
Our technical teams configure and design technical solutions to meet UC’s business needs. We support a wide range of technology and applications, including PeopleSoft for human capital management, Salesforce for case management and Talkdesk for contact center support. We are also creating business solutions that leverage conversational AI and robotic process automation.
Project and Program Management
Our project and program managers coordinate people and technology resources across the organization and with our partners at every UC location to manage each technology project. We are engaged from the beginning to understand and document business requirements through design, development and testing and finally to implementation. We work closely with the Product Management team and stakeholders with planning and analysis in support of the UCPath technology roadmap.
